Danilo Dones started as a coffee picker on a family friends farm. Gaining the experience he needed to start growing coffee on his fathers farm, which was previously used for strawberries.
Danilo now relies on his wife and friend to assist in the care of the caturra and catuai plants.
Espirito Santo is a region dominated by small farm-holders, who like Danilo are engaged in the entire production process. Including this particular lot which is a washed coffee. Something rather uncommon from Brazil. Enjoy!
