Gilberto Mejia is a young producer who has dedicated his one hectare farm to the production of specialty coffee. After he and his family harvest, depulp and wash the coffee, it then dried under shade for 20-30 days.
The coffee has a vibrant lemon acidity paired with dark fruit sweetness. Will be suitable for all applications of brewing. Enjoy!
