This coffee is produced by the idigenous community, Nasa Wasx of Gaitania. Since 2014 the community has been able to certify all of there coffee as organic.
Coffees in the group tend to be pulped the same day before being fermented for 25 hours without water. The region is well known for its complex acidities and sweet finish.
This is a bigger bodied coffee which is well balanced, making in suitable for many brewing applications.
