This washing station started in 2015, services about 1200 smallholder farms in the area. Comprised of many farms less than ½ hectare of land.
The coffee is picked ripe and depulped the same day, left to ferment overnight before being cleaned and washed. The drying process usually takes around 15 days depending on weather conditions.
Expect a clean juicy coffee, balanced with its unique floral elements.
