A micro region of Yirgacheffe, Idido has red brown soil up to 1.5 meters deep. The soil along with high elevation and distinct wet and dry seasons make it ideal coffee growing region. 

Once picked and sorted, cherries are placed on raised African beds where they can take anywhere from 8-25 days depending on weather. 

This lot boasts a large floral component, with a syrupy berry sweetness. These flavours mean it will suit all coffee applications.
