Jean Vilhena comes from generations of coffee farming. His grandfather is one of the pioneers of modern harvesting equipment. He was made to work his way up from a humble coffee picker to owning and running the farm now.
This gave him an appreciation for each step in the process, resulting in specialty grade coffee since 2010.
This lot has been processed with the whole coffee cherry being fermented in a oxygen deprived chamber. It is then dried on Jean’s 10,000 sqr/m of suspended beds.
