Carlos Lemus has a 4 hectare farm in La Palma, El Salvador. With a high focus on quality coupled with using knowledge past down through his family Carlos has managed to get a 7th place in the 2017 Cup Of Excellence competition.
After Carlos picks and de-pulps his coffees they are put on raised beds to dry for to weeks.
Sweet and bold, notes of cranberry and plum and a lush sweet mouthfeel makes this coffee one to come back for. A fantastic coffee for filter applications, and makes a defined luscious espresso.
