Stovetop Brewing Guide

Stovetop Brewing Guide

For lovers of strong, concentrated coffee with a classic European profile, the stovetop brewer is a timeless kitchen staple. It produces a bold, rich brew with enough structure to shine on its own or with milk.

Stovetop Brewer – Grinder – Scales – Fresh Coffee

Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve. Add 18g of medium-fine ground coffee to the basket, levelling gently without tamping.

Assemble the brewer and place over low to medium heat. When the coffee begins to gurgle and the stream lightens, remove from heat immediately. Give the brewed coffee a quick swirl to even out the flavours.

Enjoy straight or with steamed milk for an aromatic stovetop latte.
