Sourced from the lush hills of Shakiso, Guji, our Ture Waji - Natural - Ethiopia (Espresso Roast) is created in the exclusive Dambi Uddo drying station, owned by Sookoo Coffee. Utilizing cherry from over 100 small-holder farmers, each with an average farm size of 2.5 hectares, the cherry is fully organic and carefully selected from the Shoondhisa sub-kebele within the Suke Quto kebele. This coffee is crafted using two varieties, Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, and a traditional Ethiopian natural process, resulting in a truly elegant and tasteful cup. Truly a premium product, this coffee is grown alongside other crops for personal and family consumption, adding to its exclusivity and sophistication.
