Have you ever tasted ‘steamed’ coffee before? Yeah, neither had we!
Thankfully, our pals at Cafe Imports introduced us to this lot from Colombia using the latest decaffeination process known as steamed ethyl acetate. This coffee was sorted and then steamed for approximately 30 minutes under very low pressure in preparation for its final journey to full decaffeination.
Think of this as a cleansing of the pores so to speak, not too dissimilar from your end of night routine before gliding softly into fresh sheets and calling it a night. Speaking of good quality sleep, we found this decaf to be so delicious and well processed, you’ll be thanking us for each and every one of those delightful uninterrupted 8 hours.
