Finca San Francisco -Washed - Honduras (Filter Roast)
Roger Antonio Domínguez Márquez owns multiple farms in La Paz, Marcala, including the 4.23-hectare Finca De La Cueva. He collaborates with his family and also works with his neighbors to source coffee, paying them significantly more than intermediary buyers. At the farm, he cultivates Catuai and Bourbon with approximately 18,000 coffee trees. The cherry is depulped on the same day, dry fermented for 18 hours in tanks, washed three times, and then dried on raised beds for 12-15 days on average. In the future, he plans to expand his farm by planting different varieties.
